I was at a family event in California this weekend. There is a whole new generation (or two) behind me, which means a bunch of new grey hair in mine.
As I tried to relive my youth on the dance floor, I noticed that I'm not as good at some stuff as I used to be.
Here, the hula hoop was clearly defective.
Crazy how that works (or doesn't anymore) … I used to be able to do the splits as well.
Time doesn't stop and the new generation is coming for you … kind of sucks. But it clearly beats the alternative.
The question is how you choose to stay relevant?
